Jane Phillips started in real estate, representing sellers for one of the top companies in Texas. Staging came naturally. She would declutter, rearrange, bring in fresh flowers, and make a home feel like somewhere a buyer actually wanted to live. That hands-on instinct grew into a full design practice built on one idea: every room should feel personal, not just polished.
